Everyone has to deal with money issues at some point of time unless of course you are rich and money is no object. For the average income individual though money is usually a real source of concern. Even for those who are not in a significant amount of debt they have to work very hard at keeping themselves debt free. These are the people who are just holding their heads above water. Those that are drowning are those that are maxed out on their credit cards and can't make ends meet.

For those that are having debt problems they are not going to go away on their own. Trying to pay down credit cards takes a lifetime with the large amount of interest that has to be covered on these.
